Responsability in Germany

A couple of days ago, the head of the Lutheran Church in Germany, bishop Margot Kässman resigned because she was arrested for alleged drink driving. It is quite normal to act like this in a country like Germany.

They know how to build cars, they no how to do a strong economy, they care about the environment, they rebuilt the country from ashes after the II. WW, they created the basis of the EU (with France -The European Coal and Steel Community, initiated by Jean Monnet and Robert Schuman) and and they still have the notion of responsibility.

In Romania or Hungary, such an event will never happen. They [politicians, CEOs, officials, public figures, etc.] do whatever they like and still nothing. It seems we still have some years/decades to go till we can achieve such a maturity in our acts.
